Shenzhen LED factory boss flee over big debts

2011-11-17 ,HIGH debts have prompted the owner of a top-10 light-emitting diode (LED) manufacturing  company “Junduoli” in Shenzhen to flee with his family, and a local court will auction off the firm’s property in days to settle unpaid wages, Saturday’s Daily Sunshine reported.

Junduoli’s problems mainly centered on blind expansion, which caused a capital shortage and the same problem as of Bolunte
, another top led manufacturing in ShenZhen,China, who have also been announced bankruptcy. A recent survey showed over 80% of the Led manufacturing company have financial problem, and at least more than 400 companies will be kicked out after the LED industry’s “ re-shuffling”.
